Known for his signature sense of nostalgia, designer Yaniv Chen shares the story behind the Drapery Table—carved in Italy from a single block of travertine. The design was sparked by a photograph taken by Nan Goldin in 2010, which reminded him of his grandmother’s home. In the image, a grand entrance hall table was draped in heavy jacquard fabric that pooled onto the floor in soft waves and scallops—an impression that lives on in stone.
