We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery costs for both domestic and international orders can be quoted by our sales team upon request. Standard delivery is made to curb-side only, meaning goods will be delivered to the exterior of the premises in their packed or crated state. Customers must provide the final delivery postcode and notify us of any specific access requirements at the time of placing the order.

Shipping costs for online purchases are calculated at checkout. Stocked items are typically dispatched within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Made-to-order items have a lead time of approximately 8 to 10 weeks for production and dispatch.

All orders are dispatched from our distribution centers located in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, or South Africa.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are dispatched under the Incoterms® 2020 rule DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Export quotes do not include these charges.

For deliveries within the European Union and South Africa, applicable local taxes (e.g., VAT) will be included in the final invoice where required by law.
