ACCOUNT MANAGER
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Sales Executive(Account manager/Customer Service), based in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you'll manage inbound sales, generate quotations, communicate with clients, and support ongoing customer relationships. This role requires a strong ability to execute tasks with consistency and care, while also nurturing long-term connections with repeat customers.
We're looking for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys providing high-touch customer service, and has a deep appreciation for beautiful design. You’ll work closely with our operations, logistics, and design teams to ensure a seamless experience from quote to delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and generate accurate quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and timely communication
- Work efficiently and consistently, with a strong attention to detail in daily sales processes
- Support lead generation and conversion through excellent product knowledge and responsiveness
- Coordinate with logistics and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Stay informed about our design ethos and product offerings to speak authentically with clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
- A natural relationship-builder who values long-term client engagement
- Experience or interest in the furniture, interior design, or luxury goods industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-focused environment
