Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and generate accurate quotations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and timely communication
• Work efficiently and consistently, with a strong attention to detail in daily sales processes
• Support lead generation and conversion through excellent product knowledge and responsiveness
• Coordinate with logistics and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Stay informed about our design ethos and product offerings to speak authentically with clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

A natural relationship-builder who values long-term client engagement

Experience or interest in the furniture, interior design, or luxury goods industry
